• Abstract

    The new devices which regulate the use of artificial intelligence, added to the TSE Resolution that regulates Electoral Propaganda, bring illicit acts that must, according to the Brazilian electoral process, be the target of a legal process of representation, a rapid procedure that does not allow for delay in evidence. . Therefore, it is necessary to deal with the possible means of evidence to bring the claim to justice, as well as to prove the existence or not of the illicit act, since with the naked eye it is very difficult to determine whether or not content is manipulated by someone. artificial technologies, given their computerized precision.
