Resumen

Los nuevos dispositivos que regulan el uso de inteligencia artificial, sumados a la Resolución del Tribunal Superior Electoral que regula la Propaganda Electoral, traen, en su redacción, actos ilícitos que deben, según el proceso electoral brasileño, ser objeto de procesos de representación legal. rito rápidamente y no permite demora probatoria. Por ello, es necesario abordar los posibles medios de prueba para llevar ante la justicia la referida pretensión, así como probar la existencia o no del hecho ilícito, ya que a simple vista es muy difícil determinar si el contenido es o no. ha sido manipulado por tecnologías artificiales, dada su precisión computarizada.
