Revista DERECHO Y CAMBIO strictly adheres to this process, and therefore does not guarantee publication, only a fair, respectful, contributive, and reasoned evaluation. The concept of promptness respects the availability of our reviewers, whose time and decision process we respect.

Thematic dossiers follow the same evaluation protocol. In these cases, a team is designated to assist the responsible organizer.

The publication of thematic dossiers requires the submission of a proposal, which must be approved by the journal administration and the Editorial Board by a simple majority.
